American Business Systems originally started out in 1995 with a market base for Cash Registers. Over the past years we have increased our line of products to include Point of Sale Systems, custom designed computers, and printers at competitive prices.

COMPANY GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Below you will find a list of goals and objectives that we hold important for our business.

	Honesty is a core value. It is our goal to make sure that the customer is completely aware of what they are purchasing, be it a product or service.
	The customer should be provided with whatever they ask for, however, we will not sell a poor quality product in order to meet a desired price.
	With the overwhelming amount of technology on the market, we, in order to protect our customers, will only sell products that we, as individuals, would purchase ourselves.
	A computer is a major purchase for most customers. It is our goal to make sure that they not only get the right system to meet their needs, but that this system be fully able to grow with them.
	In both business and consumer worlds, many technologies are needed to meet the customer's needs. If we do not currently carry a desired item, every possible means will be taken to find that product or tell the customer where the products can be purchased.
	We are the customer's connection to the world of computers. It is our job to answer any questions the customer has. If we do not know the answer, we will find it.
	Finally, and most important, we are dedicated to treating our customers as we would like to be treated and we'll do everything we can to make sure that our customers are happy.
